This is a personal homelab environment operated as a courtesy to approved individuals. It is not a commercial hosting provider and no commercial service guarantees apply.
Access is extended exclusively to individuals directly approved by the operator. There is no public-facing component and no implied right of access.
Access is restricted and controlled. Users connect through one or more of the following:
All new users must be explicitly approved by the operator. There is no self-registration. Access is granted entirely at the operator's discretion — no reason for denial is required or owed.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, or pass on access to any individual who has not been directly approved by the operator. Distributing credentials or allowing unapproved individuals to use your account is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate revocation.
Acceptable personal uses without separate approval include accessing your account from multiple personal devices and accessing your account while traveling.
All services run on finite residential hardware. Accounts may be throttled or suspended if usage consumes a disproportionate share of bandwidth, generates excessive transcoding load, places unusual stress on system hardware, or involves abnormal volumes of automated requests. The operator may apply rate limiting at any time.

The operator of Lylexx Service Hosting operates exclusively under the alias Lylexx. No real name, physical address, or other personal identifying information is disclosed in connection with these services, and none is required.

Any attempt to identify or expose the operator's real identity constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate and permanent access revocation.
Access to Lylexx Service Hosting is granted on a private, invitation-only basis. By accepting access, you agree to treat all of the following as confidential:
You agree not to post, share, or publicly disclose any of the above on social media, public forums, messaging platforms, or any other public or semi-public channel. This service is private and its privacy depends on users treating it as such.
You agree not to make any public statements — written, verbal, or otherwise — that are negative, defamatory, misleading, or damaging toward the operator, Lylexx Service Hosting, its services, or its infrastructure.
This includes but is not limited to posts on social media, public forums, review platforms, messaging groups, or any other publicly accessible channel. Private feedback directed to the operator through official channels — Discord or [email protected] — is not subject to this clause and is always welcome. Email is available for users without a Discord account.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, the appropriate course of action is to contact the operator directly via Discord or [email protected], or request account removal — not to post publicly about it.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator (Lylexx) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

To the fullest extent permissible, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of or inability to use any service. This includes without limitation:
The operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed zero dollars, as these services are provided entirely free of charge. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and request account removal.
Services are provided as-is with no warranties of any kind. The operator makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose. This is a personal homelab — not a commercial service.
The operator may suspend or permanently revoke access at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, threats to system stability, resource constraints, or any other reason at the operator's sole discretion. No reason for revocation is owed and no appeal process is guaranteed.
The system logs operational data including device type, connection metadata, playback activity, and timestamps to maintain stability and detect misuse. Full details are in the SLA. Logs are not sold or shared with any third party. Users should assume all operational activity may be logged.
By accessing or using any service under Lylexx Service Hosting, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
