Subject to your compliance with this EULA and all associated policies, the operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the services provided under Lylexx Service Hosting.
This grant does not convey any ownership interest in any service, software, media, or infrastructure. You are accessing a private system as a guest at the operator's discretion, and that access may be revoked at any time for any reason.

Media content is provided for your personal viewing only. The following behavioral rules apply regardless of content type:

You are solely responsible for any content you store on the platform. You agree not to store or transmit content that is abusive or threatening toward any individual, contains malware or exploits, violates the privacy of others, or would expose the operator to legal liability. The operator may remove any stored content at their discretion without notice.
The operator operates exclusively under the alias Lylexx. No real name, address, or personal identifying information is disclosed. By using any service, you agree to respect the operator's anonymity, not attempt to identify or research the operator's real identity, and not disclose any information that could identify the operator personally. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate permanent access revocation.
You agree to treat as confidential the existence of the service, portal and service URLs, infrastructure details, and the identities of other approved users. You agree not to share or publicly disclose any of the above on social media, public forums, or any other public channel.
You agree not to make public statements that are negative, defamatory, or damaging toward the operator, the service, or its infrastructure. If you are dissatisfied, contact the operator directly via Discord or [email protected] (for users without Discord), or request account removal.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of this EULA, your violation of any third-party right, or any content you introduce to the platform. This obligation survives termination of your access.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no representations regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.
To the fullest extent possible, the operator shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use any service. The operator's total liability shall not exceed zero dollars as these services are provided free of charge.
Access terminates immediately upon violation of any term of this EULA, a voluntary request for removal, the operator's unilateral decision to revoke access, or discontinuation of any service. Upon termination you must cease all use of the services. No data recovery or transition period is guaranteed.
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, SLA, and SLO, constitutes the complete agreement between you and the operator. By using any service, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by this EULA in full.
